TGIF!
God, even though this week was only four days, it seemed like it went on forever! i mean, seriously. Monday seems like a distant dream right now.
Anyways, before I start rambling on that topic, lets get into what happened today. Woke up, regular routine, except sam was on googletalk, so i talked with him a bit until we had to go catch the bus. Sunrise this morning was amazing. One more list for the cons of going to an out-of-state university (haven't decided which yet). I have no theory on why Mrs. Lugo has been so crazy this week. It has to be the full moon. I can't think of any other reason, other than shes completely wacko. That just may be a possibility as well.
Well well, time to pick Electives next year. I'm so riddled with indecision. Not for my IB Electives, i'm already definitely jumping on the chemistry boat. Its my other elective that im having trouble with. Ive currently set up a balance. On one end there is the clear academic choice, Engineering 2, which is cool, but idk, it leaves something to be desired. On the other side is the fun choice, the class i wanna take, integrated design/information design/portfolio design (haven't decided which yet). I hope i can decide by Monday.
Rest of the day was a breeze. Vocab in Spooner, Aced the Test in Gieger, worked on my catapult in engineering and had some fun with photoshop. Oh, god. I thought after today we were done with those godforsaken FCAT books in math. But Reynen has pulled us back in. Not that its hard work, just so boring.
The Orange and Black meet was pretty cool. I ran a 2:07 in the 800, so back to last seasons times already (im gonna get to 2:00, i can feel it), and then i totally flopped out in the mile. In my defense, coach only gave us 45 minutes rest in between. It was too too bad, a 5:10. Far cry from what i wanted however. We went to champs afterwards, and we had some of that great pizza that Champs always has. I also heard a song i haven't heard in ages. Major Tom by Peter Schilling. I listening to it right now "Earth below us, Drifting falling, Floating Weightless, Calling Calling Home". I love the beat to that song.
Anyways, i'm gonna wrap it up. Song today is, of course, Major Tom by Peter Schilling. Check it out!
